电动压接工具
以电力为动力源,通过电动机驱动液压泵或机械传动装置产生压力,实现对电缆、端子等的压接操作。具有压接效率高、操作省力、压接质量稳定等优点,适用于各种电气安装、维修等工作,可大大减轻劳动强度,提高工作效率,常见的有充电式和插电式两种。
Powered by electricity, it drives a hydraulic pump or a mechanical transmission device through an electric motor to generate pressure, enabling the crimping operation of cables, terminals, etc. It has the advantages of high crimping efficiency, labor – saving operation, and stable crimping quality. It is suitable for various electrical installation and maintenance work, which can greatly reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency. Commonly, there are two types: rechargeable and plug – in.


手动压接工具
依靠人力操作来完成压接工作,如手动液压钳等。结构相对简单,主要由手柄、油泵、活塞、模具等部分组成。通过摇动手柄,使油泵产生压力,推动活塞运动,从而实现对端子的压接。手动压接工具具有体积小、重量轻、携带方便等特点,适用于一些小型作业或在没有电源的情况下使用。
It relies on manual operation to complete the crimping work, such as manual hydraulic pliers. The structure is relatively simple, mainly consisting of parts such as a handle, an oil pump, a piston, and a mold. By shaking the handle, the oil pump generates pressure, which pushes the piston to move, thus achieving the crimping of the terminals. Manual crimping tools have the characteristics of small size, light weight, and convenient portability. They are suitable for some small-scale operations or for use in situations where there is no power supply.


扭矩扳手
又叫力矩扳手、扭力扳手,按动力源可分为电动力矩扳手、气动力矩扳手、液压力矩扳手及手动力矩扳手。其最主要特征是可以设定扭矩且扭矩可调,用于紧固螺栓时,能确保螺栓达到规定的扭矩值,保证连接的可靠性和安全性,广泛应用于汽车制造、机械安装、建筑等行业。
It is also known as a torque wrench or a tension wrench. According to the power source, it can be divided into an electric torque wrench, a pneumatic torque wrench, a hydraulic torque wrench, and a manual torque wrench. Its most prominent feature is that the torque can be set and adjusted. When used to tighten bolts, it can ensure that the bolts reach the specified torque value, guaranteeing the reliability and safety of the connection. It is widely applied in industries such as automotive manufacturing, mechanical installation, and construction.


泵浦
A pump is a mechanical device that transports fluids (liquids or gases) from one place to another, or performs operations such as pressurizing the fluid. Its basic principle is that through the action of external forces like mechanical energy (such as motor drive), components inside the pump, such as impellers and pistons, are made to move. In this way, a force is exerted on the fluid, changing the pressure and flow rate of the fluid to achieve functions such as fluid transportation and pressurization.
